What is love?
I used to think I understood about love and the term unconditional love, in that that no matter the behaviour of my children I still loved them. Whereas, a love with conditions in my understanding, applied to those relationships that have set boundaries, such as I will love you if you are faithful or follow my rules.
But love can’t be explained, it is something we feel deep inside.
The Truth about love
Now, as I awaken little by little to the truth about love, I realize that love is there for me and you whether we see it or not. It isn’t dependant on any rules or behaviour, unconditional love just is.
I also thought unconditional love was a ‘doing’ like me accepting people for who they are and I left ‘me’ out of the equation. I never felt good enough or clever enough.
Now I know there is nothing I can do that will take away love, I feel free to be me!
I am free to make decisions, free to speak up, free to just be, and know, not think, that it is ok, that I am ok, and that we are all ok because we are all made of the same loving energy.
Underneath all the stories, beliefs, and emotions, you and I, every customer, client, mother, father sibling, brother, sister, patient, husband, wife, child infact, every human being on the planet, we all come from and are still part of the same loving energy whether we see it or not.
this energy is pure LOVE ❤❤❤
Identity
The Identity we live our life by can interfere with accessing our innate capacity for love.
Believing your identity is who you are is wrong. Identity is formed through thinking, via the thoughts paid attention to, when thought patterns are repeated, beliefs are formed, these beliefs become set in concrete as if they are true.
Over time and experience importance is attached to particular behaviours, values are formed building up a picture of reality, this reality is just one perception, not true just an idea, and everybody on the planet lives in a seperate reality.
Maintaining a loving relationship can seem impossible when the bar is set so high through the rules around values that you set yourself up for failure, time and time again.
I have seen quotes pointing to love but didn’t really get it, not truly as a knowing, but rather as something I had a logical, intellectual explanation of, at least not till now.
Now I understand the connection between love and freedom.
When you realise from within, from somewhere deep inside of your psyche, you know you truly are loved, that you come from love, you will see that you have nothing to prove, this realisation is what sets you free to be you, the authentic you, the perfect diamond that you are, with nothing to hide.
My mission is now clear, to point everyone I know towards the truth, no matter how lost they may feel at any moment, they are one thought away from peace, love and freedom.
