Noosa Lazy Runner Sessions are held on Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday.
Location: various locations around the Noosa area.
All Levels Welcome
6 am Start
Our Tuesday and Thursday sessions are our “Muck Up” sessions where we focus on exercises to improve your strength, endurance and speed. Leaving the Sunday sessions for our “Ho Hum” long run. Usually between 5km to 10km.
FIRST SESSION IS FREE
