Life & Business Coaching
Mind training can make a difference to your performance in life and business.
Transformational Three Principles Based Coaching
A Brief Introduction
Innate or Three Principles Based Coaching is about gaining a deeper understanding of how we experience life. This helps us see our lives and circumstances in a new way.
This way of coaching is not about a new approach to life, the principles are an understanding of what life is and how it works.
These Coaching Conversations are transformative because they guide you towards your own innate wisdom. As you gain insight and a deeper understanding, life becomes easier no matter what your circumstances, challenges or life events.
Change Happens Easily
What you will experience is that change happens easily. As you realise that all emotions, feelings and insecurities are temporary, you start to see more deeply the nature of who you truly are, and who you truly are needs no improvement.
Some people feel as if they have woken up from a dream as they experience life in a new way having gained insight.
Our coaching conversations will focus on exploring together some fundamental truths, principles around how the mind works an how the experience of life is created.

Silencing the Negative Comments
Faster and Further
Since completing a 5km running event 10 years ago and joining a running club, I have completed three full marathons and many other events over the years.
I know for sure that most of the ability for completing a marathon comes from silencing the negative comments in the heard that urge you to stop.
I helped myself and others complete their running goals by sharing hypnosis recordings to help them run faster and further.
Since then I have helped other athletes achieve their goals and rekindle their motivation and confidence in their chosen sport.
Mind training can make the difference to your performance even beyond traditional sports psychology.
Some athletes just focus on their physical ability and do not consider their psychology.
Training the Mind
A friend of mine completed a 50km trail ultra last year, I had inspired him to enter just 10 weeks before the event. I had to pull out of this same event after breaking my arm. After getting assistance from me, he went on to complete the event in less than 10 hours. Although he was mainly untrained for this distance, his state of mind enabled him to perform at this high level.
Research shows that athletes who train their mind, as well as the physical body, will operate at the highest level of performance more consistently with the most success.
Traditional Coaching for Business & Life
I stumbled across my first Neuro-Linguistic Programming course by accident as I was looking to deepen my skill as a hypnotherapist in April 2006.
I wanted to train with Paul McKenna, a famous hypnotist in the UK, who was teaching in London. I enrolled on his NLP practitioner course, followed swiftly by the Master Practitioner of NLP course and was blown away by my own personal change. Since those days, I have continued learning from various masters of their craft.
I learned along the way that to become good at what we do, it’s best to learn from a variety of masters.
So what you get when you spend time with me, is a coctail version of all the trainers who have been part of my own journey.
